In Golden Valley a housing developer Angle Homes is proposing to build 3,000 to 4,000 homes in the preliminary phases. There is wording that they may go as high as 20,000 homes. The current population of G.V. is 8,801 as of the 2020 Census. US Census for Mohave County is 2.2 people per household. So, population increases of 6,600 to 8,800, up to 44,000 people are expected. 80%, 100%, up to 500% population increase. With water wells dropping 1'-per-year in GV, how will this impact future water in a sustained draught which Arizona is currently experiencing. Send Comments
