#1. Based on 1995 Gen.Plan GV is undeveloped URBAN, what about 2000 or later Gen.Plans?
#2. (1-minute) 400 people in GV have ONE option, buy the rest of undeveloped land, or MOVE AWAY. We have the $$$ and you don't.
#3 (1:57secs) Sacramento Basin Aquifer has enough water for 1.1 MILLION people. ( based on 2.2/people per household). Yucca/Golden Valley 50/50%
#4. (2:00min) Labels GVID water district a fraud. Dazzle 'em with B.S. !.
#5 If you want to live in a rural area, MOVE to Meadview, Dolan Springs, Wikiup or 24 other cities. Thanks Steven... where do we mail you $$$$ for your wise opinion ;-)
#6. Since Golden Valley is between (2) cities it has no choice but to become URBAN itself... How's Las Vegas Water situation working for them right now !
